Partnership between Europe and Developing Countries for Clinical Trials
Portugal is a founding member of EDCTP and is also a member of the new European Global Health Partnership program EDCTP3, represented by FCT and the Agency for Clinical Research and Biomedical Innovation (AICIB).
The 2024 work program has an allocation of 140 million euros to fund collaborative research and innovation projects on topics dedicated to infectious diseases and to support activities aimed at developing research capacities in Africa.
On February 7, 2024, AICIB and FCT will host a remote information session on the Calls planned for 2024 and how to apply. The session will be open, but prior registration is required.
