Call Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Telecom (CEF-TC-2017-2)
The CEF-TC-2017-2 (CEF-TC-2017-2), with a budget of around € 25.5 million to promote the European Digital Services Ecosystem, is open to the needs of public administration, Businesses and citizens in general in border activities.

The topics open for funding in Call CEF-TC-2017-2 are:
- Cyber Security (call budget € 12 M, call text), to create, maintain or expand national capacities to execute a range of cyber security services in order to achieve a state of preparation that enables specialized teams (Computer Emergency Response Teams , CERT / Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs), which participate on an equal footing, in all Member States, in the Cyber Security Core Service Platform.
- eDelivery (indicative budget 0.5 M €, call text), to promote the acceptance and acceleration of the use of eDelivery technical specifications between public and private entities and to secure cross-border electronic document transfers in a secure and traceable way.
- eHealth (€ 9M indicative budget, call text) to improve access and quality of health care using information and communication technologies.
- eProcurement (indicative budget € 4 M, call text) to reduce bureaucracy and administrative burdens and create new business opportunities.
